No Afghan player registered for PSL and the reason is ACB’s recent decision.

Afghan players are to be paid more than PSL players salary by ACB owing to recent decisions to restrict players from franchise cricket.

It also worths mentioning that PSL is one of the least paying cricket leagues in the world.

Reports from Pakistani and some Afghan media handles suggest that PCB has requested Afghanistan’s Cricket Board to allow Afghan players to participate in PSL this year.
Previously ACB had decided that no Afghan player will be provided NOC to play in PSL due to Pakistan’s bombardment of civilians in eastern Afghanistan and killing civilians and its continued support of terrorism in the area.
