برنامه تقدیر و ارزشیابی کارمندان اجرایی اتحادیه قابله های افغان به طور موفقیت‌آمیز برگزار شد.
در این برنامه، با حضور بنیان ګذار اتحادیه قابله های افغان استاد پشتون اضفر ضیایی بورد رهبری ،بورد اجرایوی ، کارکرد تیم اتحادیه را تقدیر و قدردانی نمودن.

بنیان ګذار اتحادیه در سخنرانی خود فرمودند که" ما بسیار خوشحالیم که با داشتن یک تیم اجرایی قوی و متعهد، ما به عنوان اتحادیه به موفقیت‌های بزرگی دست پیدا کرده‌ایم. شما با تفکر خلاق، دانش فنی بالا و همت بی‌جوانی، برنامه‌ها و اهدافمان را به پیش بردید."

ما امیدواریم که با برگزاری این برنامه، شما عزیزان احساس قدردانی و ارزشمند بودن خود را بیشتر کنید. همچنین، این برنامه فرصتی برای بهبود دیدگاه و ارتباط بیشتر با اعضای رهبری ما بود.

داستان موفقیت از برنامه مربی ګری در مرکز بهداشت خانواده (FHH) قریه شورلان ولسوالي ارغستان ولایت قندهار :

که در آن قابله آمنه یک قابله فارغ‌التحصیل از CME قندهار، توانمندی و اعتماد به نفس خود را از طریق راهنمایی‌های مربی‌گری نشان داد. وقتی یک زن باردار در جریان لیبر فعال به FHH رسید، بانو آمنه با حرفه‌ایت و مدیریت مناسب فرآیند ولادت را دنبال کرد و با استفاده از نمودار پارتوگراف، پیشرفت را به‌طور دقیق نظارت کرد. پس از ولادت سالم نوزاد، او با مشکلات پلاسنتا روبه‌رو شد، اما با راهنمایی مربی خود، قابله زینب، با موفقیت پلاسنتا را به‌طور دستی خارج کرد و از سلامت مادر و نوزاد اطمینان حاصل کرد. بانو آمنه از برنامه مربی‌گری قدردانی کرد و تأکید کرد که این برنامه حمایت حیاتی برای قابله ها در مناطق دورافتاده است. این داستان موفقیت نشان‌دهنده تأثیر مثبت مربی‌گری بر مراقبت مادران در شرایط چالش‌برانگیز است.

A success story emerged from the Shorlan FHH in Arghestan district of Kandahar Province:

where midwife Ms. Amena, a graduate of Kandahar CME, showcased her competence and confidence gained through mentorship. When a pregnant woman arrived at the FHH in active labor, Ms. Amena skillfully managed the delivery process, closely monitoring progress with a partograph. After the baby's safe delivery, she encountered a complication with the placenta, but with the guidance of her mentor Ms. Zainab, she successfully performed a manual removal, ensuring the mother's and baby's well-being. Ms. Amena expressed gratitude for the mentorship program, acknowledging its crucial support for midwives in remote areas.

This success story reflects the positive impact of mentorship on maternal healthcare in challenging situation.

اتحادیه قابله‌های افغان به دوام توزیع کمک‌های اولیه در ولایت هرات اینک تیم موبایل این اتحادیه در حال ارائه مراقبت‌های دوران بارداری، مشاوره روانی، مراقبت‌های پس از زایمان، مراقبت‌های نوزاد و توزیع بسته‌های حفظ الصحه با همکاری مالی همکاران بین‌المللی می‌باشد.

اين اتحادیه از تمامی شرکا خود درخواست کمک دائمی برای مادران در این فصل سرد سال دارد، زیرا نیاز به خدمات بهداشتی بسیار زیاد است.
The Afghan Midwives Association in continue of distribution of emergency aid in Herat province currently the midwifery mobile team of this association is providing antenatal care, psychosocial counseling, postnatal care, neonatal care, and distributing hygiene kits with the financial collaboration of international partners.

This association requests permanent assistance from all stakeholders for mothers in this cold season, as the need for healthcare services is very high.
