TDA Studio has been engaged for nearly four years in a comprehensive project that encompasses the "façade and courtyard requalification" as well as the "interior design" of twelve Elite and Individual Villas situated along the Adriatic coast, within the "San Pietro Complex" in Gjiri Lalzit.
TDA Studio is privileged to be involved in both, the project phase and the supervision of this initiative.
We are pleased to share with you one of the first videos produced for an Elite Villa.

PROJECT: REQUALIFICATION OF TUSHEMISHT VILLAGE
TDA Studio, in joint venture with SRP Albanian Engineering and contracted by the Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF), has been entrusted with the important task of developing the detailed design for the Requalification of Tushemisht Village.
This initiative is a key component of a comprehensive program aimed at transforming the Drilon and Tushemisht region into a vibrant tourist destination, offering a diverse range of activities and experiences while prioritizing long-term sustainability. The combined expertise and experience of SRP Albanian Engineering and TDA Studio are integral to realizing this ambitious vision and creating an appealing destination for both local and international visitors.
We are excited to share that the implementation of this project is nearing completion, and we are proud to contribute to its success.
