Excited to share with you some bits and pieces of our team at Light + Building! As the world’s leading trade fair, Light + Building focuses on intelligent and connected solutions, building automation, and technologies of the future.

We were at the right place! AESS is constantly searching for the latest and innovative solutions to make our clients' buildings not just secure, but also smart and sustainable.

And last, but definitely not least! What a blast sitting and talking to companies that have gone with us on a 30-year journey since 1992, and at the same time they are more than just business partners, they have become great friends! Thank you, Olivera Tomic and Peter Spärlich for the amazing time.

We are so excited to announce that Migena Schroeder, CEO of AESS, will be joining Tirana Digital Nomad Festival as a guest speaker! 🥳✨

Migena Schroeder is the owner and CEO of AESS sh.p.k. which is the first and most advanced technology engineering company in the IT/OT sector – making thousands of buildings in the West Balkan smart, secure and sustainable.

For the past 30 years, Migena lived in many different countries around the world and especially her time in San Francisco and Silicon Valley created the desire to shape the future of Tech in Albania.

Making that real she co-founded as CEO of the Holberton School Albania to create the next generation of Silicon Valley software engineers in Albania.

In her free time, Migena is a passionate sailor and technology lover.
