- Highly functional home. Embracing the principle of "maximum expressiveness with minimal means," they preserved raw brick walls and a historic ceiling lantern while concealing all utilities and storage behind sleek white panels. The only freestanding furniture is a sofa and a wooden workbench table, creating a clean, open space ideal for hosting. A contrasting black volume hides the kitchen appliances, and all lighting is discreetly integrated. The result is a compact, expressive home that feels both industrial and inviting.
