✨ Նոր հնարավորություն մարզի երիտասարդների համար ENG ⤵

Այսօր Վայոց ձոր մարզում արհեստավոր մասնագետների պահանջարկը զգալիորեն աճել է՝ ընդգրկելով տարբեր ոլորտներ՝ շինարարությունից մինչև արտադրություն։ Տեղական աշխատաշուկայի կարիքներին արձագանքելով՝ «Համայնքային զարգացում» ՀԿ-ն իրականացրեց զոդման մասնագիտական դասընթաց մարզի երիտասարդների համար։ 👨‍🏭

🎯Ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակն էր կարճ ժամանակում մարդկանց փոխանցել կիրառելի հմտություններ, որպեսզի մասնակիցները կարողանան ձեռք բերել պահանջված մասնագիտություն և աշխատանք գտնել իրենց իսկ համայնքում։
Դասընթացի ընթացքում մասնակիցները հնարավորություն ունեցան ոչ միայն սովորել զոդման հիմունքները, այլև անմիջապես կիրառել դրանք իրական աշխատանքային միջավայրում։ 🛠️

Ուսուցումը վարում էր լիցենզավորված և փորձառու մասնագետ Վալեր Հովհաննիսյանը, որը մասնակիցներին փոխանցեց իր մասնագիտական հմտություններն ու փորձը։

Եռամսյա դասընթացի ավարտին մասնակիցները ստացան հավաստագրեր և զոդման անհրաժեշտ գործիքներ, ինչը նրանց համար կարևոր մեկնարկային հնարավորություն է։ Այսօր նրանք կարող են աշխատել տեղական արտադրամասերում, ներգրավվել շինարարական ոլորտում կամ նույնիսկ սկսել սեփական փոքր բիզնես։ 🚀

🤝 Ծրագիրն իրականացվեց «Համայնքային զարգացում» ՀԿ-ի նախաձեռնությամբ՝ «Հաց աշխարհին» կազմակերպության աջակցությամբ, «Գյուղական համայնքների բնակչության կենսապայմանների բարելավում» ծրագրի շրջանակում։

✨ New Opportunities for Young Adults in the Vayots Dzor Region

The demand for skilled craftsmen in the Vayots Dzor region has significantly increased in recent years, spanning sectors from construction to manufacturing. In response to evolving local labor market needs, the Community Development NGO has implemented a professional welding training program for young people in the region. 👨‍🏭

🎯 The primary objective of the program was to equip participants with practical, job-ready skills within a short period, enabling them to acquire an in-demand profession and secure employment within their own communities. Throughout the training, participants not only learned the fundamentals of welding but also gained hands-on experience in real working environments. 🛠️

The program was delivered by licensed and experienced specialist Valer Hovhannisyan, who shared both his technical expertise and practical knowledge with the participants.

Upon successful completion of the three-month training, participants were awarded certificates and provided with essential welding equipment: an important foundation for their professional development. Equipped with these skills and resources, graduates are now well-positioned to work in local workshops, participate in construction projects, or establish their own small businesses. 🚀

🤝 The program was initiated by the Community Development NGO, with the support of Brot für die Welt , within the framework of the project Improvement of Income Possibilities in Rural Areas.

Հայ-շվեյցարական համագործակցության ներկայացում Rotary Club-ի միջոցառմանը

🗓️ Ապրիլի 7-ին «Երիտասարդական փոխանակման ծրագրեր առանց սահմանների» ասոցիացիայի ղեկավար Ստեֆան Ռյուեգզեգերը, «Համայքային Զարգացում» ՀԿ-ի երիտասարդական ծրագրերի ղեկավար Լիլիթ Խաչատրյանը և հասարակայնության կապերի պատասխանատու Հասմիկ Հայրապետյանը մասնակցեցին Rotary Club-ի կողմից կազմակերպված միջոցառմանը Շվեյցարիայում։

✅Միջոցառման ընթացքում Ստեֆան Ռյուեգզեգերը և Լիլիթ Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրեցին կազմակերպության կողմից իրականացվող և ֆինանսավորվող ծրագրի ընթացքը, և արդյունքները։ Նրանց ներկայացումը հնարավորություն տվեց միջոցառման մասնակիցներին ստանալ համապարփակ պատկերացում հայ-շվեյցարական արդյունավետ համագործակցության և ազդեցության վերաբերյալ։

Presentation of Armenian-Swiss Cooperation at a Rotary Club Event

🗓️ On April 7, the head president of the association Youth Exchanges without Borders, together with Lilit Khachatryan, Youth Project Manager, and Hasmik Hayrapetyan, Public Relations Officer of the Community Development NGO, participated in an event organized by the Rotary Club in Switzerland.

✅During the event, the head of the Swiss partner organization and Lilit Khachatryan presented the progress and key outcomes of the program implemented and funded by the organization. Their presentation provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness and impact of Armenian-Swiss cooperation.
