🌳«Կլիմայական փոփոխություններին հարմարեցվող պարենային անվտանգության բարձրացման» ( ) ծրագրի շրջանակներում շարունակվում են տնկիների տրամադրման և ծառատնկման աշխատանքները։

📍Ծրագրի շրջանակներում ապրիլի 17-ին աշխատանքներն իրականացվել են Տավուշի մարզի Թեղուտ, Գանձաքար և Խաշթառակ բնակավայրերում՝ որպես համայնքներում կայուն և երկարաժամկետ արդյունքների ապահովման կարևոր բաղադրիչ։

Նախաձեռնության արդյունավետ իրականացման նպատակով ծրագրի թիմը, խորհրդատու կազմակերպությունների՝ «3 ԱՐ Ստրատեգիա» ՍՊԸ-ի և «Ավենյու Քընսալթինգ Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ համատեղ, իրականացրել է նաև մեկնարկային ուսուցողական աշխատանքներ՝ շահառուներին ներկայացնելով ծառատնկման, ինչպես նաև տնկիների հետագա խնամքի և մշակման արդյունավետ մեթոդները։

Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է 200 շահառու տնային տնտեսությունների տրամադրել բազմատեսակ օժանդակության փաթեթներ, ներառյալ՝ տնկիներ։

🤝«Կլիմայական փոփոխություններին հարմարեցվող պարենային անվտանգության բարձրացման (CAFSEP)» ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորվում է ԱԶԲ-ի միջոցով Ճապոնիայի՝ Բարգավաճ և դիմակայուն Ասիայի և Խաղաղ օվկիանոսի հիմնադրամի (JFPR) կողմից։ Իրականացնող մարմինն է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը, իսկ որպես խորհրդատվական ինստիտուտ հանդես է գալիս Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագիրը (ՊՀԾ)։

Ծրագրի նպատակն է աջակցել ՀՀ կառավարությանը՝ բարձրացնելու գյուղատնտեսական կենսամիջոցների ճկունությունը և բարելավելու պարենային անվտանգությունը գյուղական վայրերում, որոնք խիստ խոցելի են կլիմայի փոփոխության ազդեցության նկատմամբ: Ծրագիրը կենտրոնանալու է Շիրակի և Տավուշի մարզերի վրա։ Վերջնարդյունքն է բարձրացնել ընտրված գյուղական համայնքների և տնային տնտեսությունների կլիմայական հարմարվողականությունը։

🌳Within the framework of the “Climate Adaptation for Food Security Enhancement Project” ( ), the distribution of seedlings and tree planting activities are ongoing.

📍On April 17, these activities were implemented in the communities of Teghut, Gandzakar, and Khashtarak in the Tavush region, constituting an important component in promoting sustainable and long-term outcomes at the community level.

To ensure effective implementation, the project team, in collaboration with the consulting companies “3R Strategy” LLC and “Avenue Consulting Group” LLC, conducted initial training sessions for beneficiaries. These sessions focused on best practices in tree planting, as well as the proper care and cultivation of seedlings.

The programme envisages the provision of comprehensive support packages to 200 beneficiary households, including the distribution of seedlings.

Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia acts as implementing agency, while World Food Programme (WFP) serves as technical advisory institution.

aims to support Government of Armenia in strengthening resilience of agricultural livelihoods and improving food security in rural areas highly vulnerable to climate change impacts. Focus areas include Shirak and Tavush marzes. Final objective is to enhance climate adaptability of selected rural communities and households.

🌱📘 Ֆինանսական գրագիտության կարողությունների զարգացում Շիրակի և Տավուշի համայնքներում

«Կլիմայական փոփոխություններին հարմարեցվող պարենային անվտանգության բարձրացման» (CAFSEP) ծրագրի շրջանակներում «3 ԱՐ Ստրատեգիա» ՍՊԸ-ն՝ «Ավենյու Քընսալթինգ Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ համատեղ, իրականացրել է մասնագիտական դասընթացների շարք Շիրակի և Տավուշի մարզերի համայնքներում։

Դասընթացի նպատակն էր բարձրացնել շահառուների կարողությունները ֆինանսական գրագիտության, ռեսուրսների արդյունավետ կառավարման և կլիմայական փոփոխություններին հարմարվող մոտեցումների կիրառման ոլորտներում՝ նպաստելով սննդի անվտանգության կայունության և համայնքների դիմակայունության ամրապնդմանը։

Դասընթացը վարել են «3 ԱՐ Ստրատեգիա» ընկերության փորձագետներ Լիլիթ Պետրոսյանը և Հակոբ Խուդավերդյանը, ովքեր գործնական օրինակների և ինտերակտիվ քննարկումների միջոցով ներկայացրին արդիական գործիքներ ու մեթոդներ՝ ուղղված համայնքների դիմակայունության բարձրացմանը։

🌾🌍Նման նախաձեռնությունները կարևոր դեր ունեն գիտելիքահեն որոշումների խթանման, ինչպես նաև գյուղական համայնքներում կլիմայական ռիսկերին ադապտացվող զարգացման մոդելների ներդրման գործում։

🌱📘 Developing Financial Literacy Capacities in Shirak and Tavush

Within the framework of the “Climate-Adaptive Food Security Enhancement” (CAFSEP) Project, 3R Strategy LLC, in cooperation with Avenue Consulting Group LLC, implemented a series of professional training sessions in communities of Shirak and Tavush regions.

The objective of the trainings was to strengthen beneficiaries’ capacities in financial literacy, efficient resource management, and the application of climate-adaptive approaches, thereby contributing to enhanced food security sustainability and community resilience.

The trainings were delivered by 3R Strategy experts Lilit Petrosyan and Hakob Khudaverdyan, who, through practical examples and interactive discussions, presented relevant tools and methodologies aimed at strengthening community resilience.

🌾🌍 Such initiatives play an important role in promoting financially informed decision-making and in introducing climate-resilient development models in rural communities.

🌱 Advancing Climate-Smart Agriculture for Resilient Rural Communities

As part of the Climate Adaptive Food Security Enhancement Project ( ), 3R Strategy LLC, in consortium with Avenue Consulting Group LLC, delivered a series of intensive trainings on Climate-Smart Agricultural Practices in rural communities of the Shirak and Tavush regions.

Implemented within the framework of the“Rural Development and Agriculture Consultant” ( ) services, the initiative focused on strengthening local agricultural capacities through climate-adaptive, sustainable, and market-oriented solutions.

🎯 Training Focus Areas
▪️Establishment and effective management of intensive and berry orchards;
▪️Integrated pest and disease management systems;
▪️Climate-resilient greenhouse technologies and modern production approaches.

💡 Impact
Through these trainings, participants strengthened their ability to anticipate and respond to climate risks, adopt innovative agricultural practices, and enhance productivity-contributing to resilient livelihoods, food security, and sustainable rural development.
