🚀 As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year marked not only by steady progress, but by real traction, portfolio momentum, and meaningful founder wins at Formula VC.

This year was about backing strong teams and seeing that belief turn into tangible growth, product breakthroughs, and expanding global reach across our portfolio.

✔️ Formula VC Fund I continued to scale its portfolio, bringing the total to 22 startups, including three new strategic investments this year alongside two follow-on investments, reinforcing our long-term commitment to founders we believe in.
✔️ Formula VC Fund II built a strong early portfolio, now comprising 8 startups, with 7 new investments completed during the year.
✔️ Across both funds, we deployed $2.8M in total investments, working closely with founders through growth milestones, challenges, and long-term strategy.

Today, the combined valuation of companies across our portfolios exceeds $700M, reflecting the strength of the teams and markets we’ve backed.

We’re proud of the momentum our portfolio companies have built and grateful to the founders who trust us as long-term partners, as well as to the partners who help strengthen the ecosystem year after year.

Looking ahead to 2026, we remain committed to building patiently, investing responsibly, and supporting ambitious founders with global vision.
