We’re looking for a 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 to manage updates, customizations, and performance improvements across multiple client websites. If you're familiar with themes, plugins, and optimization tools, we'd like to hear from you.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Perform day-to-day website updates, including banners, pages, forms, and blog posts.
• Customize themes and child themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Diagnose and fix issues with responsiveness, broken pages, and site functionality.
• Set up and configure plugins (SEO, forms, analytics, etc.).
• Implement on-page SEO improvements (meta tags, heading structure, etc.).
• Create and maintain landing pages optimized for user experience and conversion.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to execute website changes.
• Monitor and improve website performance, loading speed, and uptime.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Provide technical support for contact forms, calendar integrations (e.g., Calendly), and email issues.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
• 2–3 years of WordPress development experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow project documentation or ticket instructions.

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:

• Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce plugins.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and tag manager integrations.
• Experience working with staging environments and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with website accessibility standards (WCAG).

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Develop and manage segmented email campaigns for: New Prospects, Current Customers, Cold/Inactive Leads,
• Set up automation flows including: Nurture sequences, Demo follow-ups, Re-engagement, Lifecycle campaigns
• Manage A/B testing (subject lines, CTAs, send times) and optimize based on performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
• Write persuasive and content for email campaigns, blogs, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with sales to produce use-case-specific content.
Ensure consistent tone and messaging across the funnel for engineers, designers, and decision-makers.
• Monitor and report on the performance of all email campaigns.
• Track and improve metrics like deliverability, engagement, and conversions.
• Use insights from sales feedback and CRM data to refine messaging.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Excellent knowledge of English (this is crucial for the role)
• At least 2 years of experience in email marketing
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, and SendGrid
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Ability to craft compelling subject lines, CTAs, and conversion-driven content
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability
