Freedom Holding Corp. released its results for the 1st quarter of 2023 fiscal year ended June 30, 2022. We are pleased to announce that our strong momentum continued and we delivered another quarter of robust financial performance, driven by our growing client base.

✅ Revenue up 56% YoY to $227mn
+ fee and commission income rose by 36% YoY to $132mn, due to higher number of client accounts and transaction volume
+ interest income grew by 96% YoY to $49mn, due to expansion of trading portfolio and number of loans issued

✅ European business generated 69,5mn, or 31% of total revenue

✅ Net profit up to $59 million in Q1 2023 versus $55 mn in Q1 2022
+ earnings per share have increased to $0.99 from $0.93.

✅ Number of brokerage client accounts up by 17% QoQ to 479 000.
