We’re looking for a 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲-𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗥 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 who will support team growth, culture, and ongoing talent development.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → interviews → onboarding)
• Manage HR processes & internal documentation
• Lead employee support & engagement programs
• Coordinate performance reviews & development plans
• Organize team-building and culture activities

• Previous HR experience (IT field is a plus)
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:
