Required qualifications:

-BS or MA in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is a plus
-Experience with Swift on iOS platform (macOS and WatchOS is a plus)
-Experience with architectural patterns like Apple Clear Architecture, MVC, MVVM, and the SOLID principles.
-Knowledge of OOP
-Experience with RxSwift
-Familiarity with SwiftUI and Combine
-Knowledge of Objective-C is a plus
-Be able to write elegant, readable, and clear code
-Knowledge of English is a plus
-Excellent system analysis and design skills
-Ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritize personal workload.

Solidy is looking for an Android Developer who can build and maintain functional applications across Android-based devices and help us attract our target audience. The candidate would require to design, develop and test Android applications for a vast number of diverse Android devices and their integration with the back-end services.

Job responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for Android devices on the Android platform,
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications,
• Maintain code integrity, quality, organization and automatization,
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance,
• Design application updates over the period of time,
• Go through the trending applications in the market and implement new technologies accordingly to increase efficiency,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features,
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency,
• Work closely with project managers in an agile environment.

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related field,
• 1 years of Android OS development experience,
• Experience with Kotlin, Java programming languages,
• Knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android,
• Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices,
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON,
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines,
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills,
• Good time-management skills,
• Great interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritize personal workload.
