On the road from Aleppo to Kessab, there was always one stop we looked forward to most — Qastal.

That’s where we used to eat the unforgettable Arabic Pizza: fresh bread topped with melted cheese, tomatoes, olives, and herbs, baked hot and shared around busy breakfast tables. The sound of families talking, children laughing, and travelers taking a quiet break before continuing the mountain road made it feel even more special. 🌿
