DTLP4 is ready.

This is the 4th version of DTLP protocol. In the video you can see how data is transmitted from one machine to the second, how they talk to each other and the game two machines played together without AI communicated with laser only.
Here I used the following components:
2x ESP32 wroom u32
16x laser modules
16x light sensors
16x 2N2222 transistors
