- Build a predictable lead generation engine for an IT outsourcing
company.
- Turn BeeWeb’s expertise, case studies, Clutch reviews, and AI tools
into qualified opportunities and long-term growth.
- This role is not about posting for visibility. It’s about driving MQLs,
SQLs, and real pipeline impact.

〽️ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫
- Design and optimize B2B funnels (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU)
- Align marketing strategy with sales goals and revenue targets
- Track and improve MQL → SQL → Deal conversion
- Own LinkedIn growth (organic authority + paid campaigns)
- Turn case studies into conversion-driven assets
- Optimize service pages, blogs, and case studies for SEO
- Use AI tools to scale content, workflows, research, and
experimentation
- Repurpose content intelligently across channels

- Business-oriented

- B2B marketing experience (IT / SaaS/outsourcing is a strong plus)
- Understanding of outsourcing / outstaffing dynamics
- Strong English communication skills
- LinkedIn marketing experience
- Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
