In this video I demonstrate a fragment of correction using my Asymmetric Method.
Each patient has a unique scoliosis pattern, muscle imbalance, pelvic position and spinal rotation. That is why I do not use the same exercises for everyone.

Scoliosis correction is not only about exercises.
It is about teaching the brain and body to find a new, more aligned position.
When the pelvis, rib cage, and spine are used to asymmetry, the body keeps returning to the old pattern.
That is why correction must be repeated, controlled, and felt consciously.
In this exercise, we are working on:
• pelvic stability
• trunk alignment
• deep stabilizer activation
• neuromuscular re-education
• learning to hold the posture more symmetrically
This is not a random movement.
It is a fragment of an individual rehabilitation program, adapted to the specific type of scoliosis and body asymmetry.
The goal is not just to “stand straight” for one second.
The goal is to teach the nervous system to recognize and maintain a better position again and again.

This is NOT a general stretching exercise.
