It couldn't be more suitable for the season of the year. The "Christmas Bonfire" is a riff of a classic Old fashioned and goes along with a chocolate cupcake with salted caramel inside.

Recipe:

50ml - Laphroig 10
10ml - Chartreuse Jaune
10ml - Monin Caramel
3 dash - Fee Brother Aztec Chocolate Bitters
1 drop - Diffords Saline Solution

Method:
Add all ingredients to a Stirring Glas, stir it for about 8 seconds and release to a chilled Tumbler on Ice.

Garnish:
A scorched twig of spruce

Dessert recommendation:
Chocolate Cake with a soft core of salted caramel
