In the traditional record production the stamper is copied and electroplated multiple times, losing audio quality with each copy and producing toxic waste. The soft nickle stamper wears out quickly and has to be replaced after 1,500 pressings.

HD Vinyl updates this process, making it efficient and eco-friendly with a consistently high quality. The HD Vinyl stamper is cut with a laser into a ceramic plate and records can be pressed directly from this plate. No more audio loss, no stamper wear, no toxic waste! HD Vinyl stampers can press up to 10,000 copies with the same quality from the first to the last record.
