To breathe in the essence of every second.
To taste the sweetness as well as the necessary bitterness.
To recognize the profound beauty in every tiny detail.
To simply Be Here. Now. Nothing Else.

When I embrace this presence - as if every single breath were part of the most sacred ceremony - I feel vibrant, joyful, brave, and deeply powerful.

Life can be a ceremony, moment by moment, if we only allow ourselves to observe it.
