A tribute to the street-side guava vendors of Thailand — crisp chilled guava, freshly sliced and dipped into salty-sweet plum powder with its unmistakable licorice-like depth.

Our cocktail reimagines those childhood flavors by infusing salted plum with vodka, then shaking it with tequila, house shiso syrup, and fresh lime juice. Finished with a dusting of original salted plum powder around the glass.
