A space to meet yourself honestly through expressive arts when something feels unclear, heavy, or out of alignment.

You may have followed the path, checked the boxes, and done what was expected.

On the surface, life continues.
Inside of you, something feels off.

You might notice:

• daily routines feel mechanical, energy is low, and small tasks feel heavier than they should
• conversations feel distant, honesty feels risky, you withdraw instead of reaching out
• what once motivated you no longer does, the next step isn’t clear, your contribution no longer reflects who you are now

At moments like this, the question appears:
What’s the point?

And yet, something in you wants to say:
I’m in.

Creative clarity supports that movement.

“I’m in” can take many forms:

• Personal — tending your space, caring for your body, taking one clear action that restores momentum
• Relational — choosing presence, setting a boundary, reaching out for connection, speaking what is true
• Communal — shaping your projects, your work, and your participation in ways that feel aligned, alive, and creative

Creative clarity begins with being — allowing your presence to emerge before striving to fix or prove.

In this session, we work through expressive arts: simple vocal toning exercises, gentle awareness-based movement practices, and guided embodied reflection. We create space for what has been unexpressed. When your being is acknowledged and expressed consciously, energy reorganizes. From there, aligned action becomes clearer — in your personal life and in how you participate in the collective.

Sessions are offered in person in our lovingly decorated Creativity Lab space in Vienna’s 19th district.

No prior experience is necessary. Bring an intention and a willingness to explore.
