As we wrap up the YOUnite project, let’s take a moment to reflect on what we’ve achieved throughout the past 2 years.

Impact on Participants:

78% of the participants who filled out the questionnaire found the training program quite or very helpful!

✔️ Conclusion:
Overall, the evaluation showed that many of the objectives of the YOUnite project, such as raising participants awareness of obesity, eating habits and stress management, as well as gaining knowledge about nutrition and the positive aspects of exercise, were successfully achieved, which provides a good pathway for the young people’s professional development.
