Wellington is a Creative Director, podcast host, and multidisciplinary artist passionate about storytelling, sketching, and human connection in Archviz. After leaving the traditional studio path, he embraced a nomadic creative lifestyle, building a global community through workshops, podcasts, and shared experiences. His work has been internationally recognized for three consecutive years by The 3D Awards, ASAI, and Architecture Hunter. As Head of Franzao Academy, Wellington now leads workshops across Europe, helping studios explore sketch-driven workflows, visual storytelling, and faster creative decision-making.
