LIGHTHOUSE CROATIA _ BY THE WATER

Pool parties have been part of LIGHTHOUSE for years. What some of you might not know is that this idea goes way back to our club days, where things by the pool were already a little more intimate, a little less innocent and definitely not your average daytime party.

This year, we continued that thread with RADIO RUDINA and INFINITY MUSIC TOUR.

With TOSTA VICA, PENGG, BAMBI b2b IVAN, BOVSKEY and SOULY behind the decks.

Thank you to everyone who came through, stayed in the water a little too long, danced in the sun and turned the pool into its own small LIGHTHOUSE universe.

Some perspectives don’t try to explain everything. They just stay close enough to notice.

Josha has been shaping the visual memory of LIGHTHOUSE for years now, bringing his own analogue way of looking at the festival. Direct, instinctive, detailed and slightly off-centre.

His images move through flash, grain, bodies, objects, gestures and the strange little fragments around the main event. A detail on the floor. A half-seen face. A piece of light. A moment that feels more like a trace than a statement.

There is a certain honesty in the way he photographs. Not overproduced, not trying too hard, never too clean. More interested in atmosphere than perfection. More interested in what remains than what was supposed to be seen.
