The company is building an AI-powered operating system designed to help enterprises understand, manage, and transform the increasingly complex software environments they depend on.

Conduct AI operates in the Enterprise Software, AI, and IT sectors, developing an AI-native platform that helps enterprises understand, operate, and modernise complex software systems.

Given the company’s current Series A stage, European benchmarks (Q1 2026) for AI and enterprise software companies indicate valuation ranges of EV/Sales multiples of 3.42x–3.87x and EV/EBITDA multiples of 16.32x–18.66x.
