TC Top Serve

Mission (Im)possible!

Last Saturday (14.06) were the final matches for the first and second team of TC Top Serve! The first team had already secured its place in Landesliga B at the end of May and was fighting against the second team of Keiserebersdorf to stay undefeated in the lower playoff. Top Serve 1 won the match 7:2 and will yet again compete in Landesliga B next year!

The situation with the second team before the final match was a completely different story. After suffering two dramatic losses with 5:4 against the teams of Oswald and WAT Brigittenau the final day of the Championship was going to decide wether the second team will be relegated to 2. Klasse or stay in 1. Klasse. To achieve the safe heaven Top Serve 2 needed to win all 3 points and hope that Oswald loses their match. The team was tactically assembled so that the win would be certain for Top Serve. After 5 Hours of great tennis on the courts of KSV the boys were able the get the 3 points! Oswald lost their match a little bit later that day and that made it official that the first two teams had achieved Klassenerhalt!!!

Top Serve 3 plays its final match next Saturday (21.06) and also is fighting to stay in their group! They will be up against the second team of WAT Meidling and will need all the support that they can get!

The victories were then celebrated in fashion in a local restaurant in Prater, which was then followed by a crazy night in the disco club at the heart of Vienna!

Top Serve concurred not only the Viennese Tennis during the day, but also the whole city during the night! There are still rumours going around the city what exactly happened during the night….

𝐊𝐮𝐫𝐳𝐞𝐬 𝐙𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐟𝐭

18 Begegnungen hatten die 6 Herren-Mannschaften des TC Top Serve bis jetzt - davon konnten 7 erfolgreich gestalten werden!

Mit den unzähligen Aufstiegen in den letzten Saisonen wird die Luft an der Spitze immer dünner - aber mit dieser Erwartung sind wir in die Saison gegangen!

Unsere 𝟏. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐟𝐭 mit einer Bilanz von 2 Siegen aus 3 Matches steht davor in das obere Playoff der Landesliga A einzuziehen - die 𝟐. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐟𝐭 kämpft um den Klassenerhalt in der Landesliga B.
Auch unsere 𝟑. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐟𝐭 kämpft um den Klassenerhalt in der 1. Klasse - die 𝟒. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐟𝐭 ist auf einem sehr guten Weg diesen Klassenerhalt vorzeitig zu fixieren (unglaublich am letzten Wochenende nach 2:4 nach den Einzeln mit 3 erfolgreichen Doppel).
Unsere 𝟓. 𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝟔. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐟𝐭 wird sich sehr schwer tun die Liga zu halten - aber aufgegeben wird nur ein Brief!

Morgen geht's weiter für die 1. - 3. Mannschaft - wieder ein richtungsweisendes Wochenende für die heurige Meisterschaftssaison!
