Sometimes painting can be quite physical; there is a certain rhythm for certain effect. It feels like a dance where one has to follow the inner rhythm. For me is shades and nuances, tones, stokes and lines, whereas for the creator of the story, there is a different depth and meaning behind the image:
there is water and air and finding a different dimension and meaning to life
