A Festival of Hip-Hop and Creative Liberation

FEMME DM-CAT celebrates Hip-Hop as a tool for empowerment, cultural resistance, and artistic freedom. The festival creates safe spaces where stories are shared, skills are developed, and collective creativity flourishes. At its core, it fosters an anti-colonial, community-driven approach that values every voice and body.

The breath is at the heart of the festival – a symbol for life, freedom, and resistance. Through Rap, DJing, Dance, and Graffiti, participants learn to channel their energy into transformative art forms, connecting movement, sound, and expression into one powerful collective force.
