💫 Video editing skills
🎬 Technically not afraid of new tools
📲 AI & Claude? Big plus 👀
🙌🏽 Camera-ready — yes, you’ll be on screen sometimes 😄
🎉 Actually loves social media (like genuinely, not just professionally 😂)
