Starting into new weeks with breaks? Definitely!

Last year .evo asked me to create an animated Giphy-Sticker set for ’s social media campaign, that was all about the importance of taking a break and taking some self care time during stressful episodes. Even though it seems like we have so much more time with all the lockdowns and nothing much else happening, I still find that taking time to mindfully rest is something that often comes too short. So my personal mantra for this week is to take breaks, that I don’t spend mindlessly scrolling, but I fill with things that help me regain my energy and keep my spirits. 🎈
