All the important buildings, palaces and formal parks are around you. Find yourself on a stroll to the impressive imperial Hofburg, the Habsburg residence, and the Spanish Riding School which are only 5 minutes away or let yourself be enchanted by the most famous Viennese coffeehouses, like Demel, Sacher or Cafe Central, which are all around the apartment and enjoy one of the delicious cakes and the famous Viennese coffee. You live in the middle of the imperial heritage of Austria, a stone’s throw away from the boulevards of Graben and Kohlmarkt, with their elegant shops and a short stroll to the famous tramway which goes around the Vienna Ring Boulevard, which circles the city centre, with its famous buildings like the Opera house and the Burgtheater. Right in front of the apartment you can board one of the famous horse carriages (Fiaker) or watch the figures parade every day at noon of the Anchor Clock which represents a typical Art Nouveau design.
The flat has one living room with a double bed, one sleeping room with a kingsize-bed, a design-kitchen with a "coffeshop"-room, WC and a bath room.
All rooms have wooden floor, the toilet and the bathroom are covered with black granite.
The apartment, situated at the third floor with elevator, is newly renovated and completely newly furnished. There is no traffic noise!
