At the Convention on Nuclear Safety Review Meeting this week, Chairman Nieh of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the U.S. delegation will underscore how the highest safety standards pave the way for the continued, safe operation of nuclear power plants and the safe deployment of advanced nuclear reactors worldwide.  This matters for Americans because when the United States leads on nuclear safety, we protect our country and our people, strengthen American energy dominance, and open the door for more 🇺🇸 jobs, exports, and technological leadership.
