Last week, Carolyn Micallef, winner of the 2025 Texture Modified Food Awards, visited the Hubfoods manufacturing facility as part of her award prize.

Hosted by our valued partner, , the day provided an opportunity to gain insight into the commercial production of texture modified foods and see the journey from kitchen to plate.

The visit included:
