Vegetable omelette with ricotta + apple
A high-protein, high-fiber breakfast is one of the easiest ways to reduce cravings and feel more in control of your eating all day.
This little habit alone can change everything. 🌿

Fiber and protein are the most important macros in your diet, they will keep you satiated for longer and your body will be well nourished.Your body will spend extra calories by digesting all of this, plus you won't feel that hungry as usual and that means you won't snack on high calorie junk food later.
Protein is important for your whole body - nails, skin, hair, muscles and everything else.
Fiber is important for gut health, and your mental health depends on your gut health.

Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
capsicum 100gr
baby spinach 1 cup
5 cherry, mini romas or Solanato tomatoes
2 large free range eggs
liquid egg whites 100 gr
Ricotta 40gr
1 Wholemeal sourdough bread toast
1 Granny smith medium apple

(Total: Protein 32gr, Fiber 9.2gr)

Preparation:

Whisk eggs, liquid egg white and ricotta, set aside,
pan fry capsicum (I got cut campsicum pieces frozen prepared before), spinach and tomatoes (cut in halves).

Once capsicum has softened, add eggs and ricotta mix and cook under the lid on a small heat for 5-7 minutes or until done.
enjoy it with a toast and afterwards eat an apple for that fiber dose.

Then dare to tell me that you are still hungry!
