Just a few updates our end // Longer consultations if required; are available again on online bookings & we will be re opening with appointments St Marys as of the 9th of June (fingers crossed if everything goes to plan here in SA). Bookings for this available again online now 👌🏽

We are so looking forward to getting back into a bit of routine now that sport is starting back and gym openings are getting closer and closer 🙌🏽🙏🏽

movement is more important than ever right now & with the recent changes; gyms closed, increased working from home and the overall restrictions in place we probably have to work a little harder than usual for it.
