I taught my first German Cake Lesson in Sydney after moving here last year, teaching baked Cheesecake with a typical German ingredient called "Quark" which is a soft white cheese and better than neufchatel by far.
My student Mark is a natural and the baked cheesecake turned out beautifully. Thank you Mark for letting me teach you.
