Hi, my name is Kelly; I'm a personal trainer, nutrition coach and qualified counsellor. It's very nice to meet you. I'm so glad you're here.

I started HEALactive in 2022 after struggling with my own personal demons when I was younger. Years later, I went on and studied Personal Training and much later down the track, counselling and i saw how much these two areas combined can transform lives and boom, the idea for HEALactive was born.

Here at HEALactive, we offer both one - on - one personal training & counselling sessions combined or as stand alone sessions and we tailor each session to meet your fitness goals and/or mental health needs. Your life, your choice

This is a safe space where body diversity is celebrated, where there are no food rules, no diets, where mental illness is no longer frowned upon and where you're free to be just you; uniquely individually you, flaws and all.
