Our participant Mark and support worker Bethany have been enjoying their weekly taekwondo classes together, building skills both on and off the mat.

Martial arts offers so many benefits, including improving strength, balance, coordination, confidence, discipline, and overall wellbeing. It’s also a fantastic way to stay active, meet new people, and work towards personal goals in a supportive and encouraging environment.

We’re so proud of Mark for giving it his all each week, and we’re grateful to Bethany for being there to encourage and support him every step of the way.

🎲 Calling all young adventurers! 🎲

We’re excited to announce we have partnered up with Growth, Relationships, Opportunity (GRO) to bring fun, inclusive Dungeons & Dragons sessions to young people in Adelaide’s southern suburbs!

Our very own Josh will be leading the adventures as Dungeon Master, creating a welcoming space where participants can build friendships, develop social skills, use their imagination, and most importantly, have fun!

First session kicks off this Friday!

If you know someone aged 13–18 who loves fantasy, storytelling, gaming, or is simply looking to meet new people in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Suitable for NDIS participants and private paying individuals. Participants can attend with their own support worker if required.
