Today support worker Trish & participant headed to Punchbowl Lookout for a relaxed walk 😌 fresh air, sunshine, easy chats and taking things at our own pace.

Nature walks can do a lot: lower stress, lift mood, help focus and build confidence being out in the community… without it feeling like a big task.

Just showing up, moving our bodies and celebrating the small wins, one day at a time ✨

Today our legends took on laser tag – building confidence, teamwork and having an absolute blast doing it.
Support doesn’t always look like paperwork… sometimes it looks like dodging lasers and high-fives 🔫😄

Adam + fast cars + Scott = a combo more powerful than any V8 on the track 😄
The boys spent the day at the racing soaking up the noise, the speed and the atmosphere.

Adam enjoyed every moment — meeting a friendly police officer, sitting inside a patrol car, and even taking a special walk right on the track.
