A client of ours recently went to another local lash salon as she was unable to get an appointment with us for an infill as we were booked up for the week. Unfortunately she was told the quality of our stock and work was 'low quality' and she proceeded to remove all our work and charge the client for a full set and the work below is a result of that work.

Our client contacted us extremely unhappy asking us to fix it up for her. The first two photos are NOT OUR WORK, the final photo IS our work after we fixed her up.

This standard of lash extension application is absolutely unacceptable. There's chunks of glue, unisolated lashes and clusters of lashes stuck togeather resulting in sore and irritated eyes.

The quality of our work speaks for itself in the final photo. We would never allow this standard in our salon. We use the highest quality of lash products on the market and our technicians would NEVER apply lashes like this. If this ever does happen to you please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to fix for you.
