We're hiring — Business Analyst / Mid Level IT
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who wants to make a real impact? Highgate Healthcare has been a leading provider of healthcare equipment in Australia for over 35 years, and we're growing. We're looking for a Business Analyst / Mid Level IT professional to join our team in Tonsley.
In this role you'll:
· Implementing data security measures to protect company information and ensure compliance.
· Managing cyber security, identifying vulnerabilities, and mitigating risks.
· Overseeing our website and applications, working with third-party teams to ensure optimal performance.
· Resolving local IT issues, including troubleshooting printers, emails, and other technical challenges.
· Identifying and implementing process automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
· Mapping and streamlining business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
· Creating training documentation and user guides to help the team get the most out of our digital tools.
