Not every property management challenge requires a lengthy legal battle.

Recently, HOSO Real Estate assisted a South Australian landlord after a tenant fell into rental arrears and became unresponsive to multiple communication attempts.

Following our structured arrears management process, we:

✔ Issued an early arrears notification after the missed payment

✔ Conducted ongoing follow-up via email, SMS and phone calls

✔ Issued a Form 5 Notice in accordance with South Australian tenancy legislation

✔ Prepared and lodged a SACAT application when the tenant remained unresponsive

On the day of the hearing, the tenant attended and agreed to pay all outstanding rental arrears in full.
