Our Associate Program offers young dancers the opportunity to experience a professional environment, refine their technique, and be inspired.
​
All participants must continue training with their current ballet schools. The Associate Program is intended to complement, not replace, their existing schedule, strengthening classical technique while expanding artistic awareness and performance experience.

Adelaide Ballet is collaborating with Diving Australia to deliver a ballet program for elite athletes in SA.

Classical ballet training offers significant benefits for divers, including improved alignment, core strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness. It also enhances line, control, and spatial precision—key elements in high-performance diving.
