Meet Jess, our Service Coordinator

Jess is a valued part of our team, helping to keep our day to day services running smoothly with her calm, organised and approachable nature.

With extensive experience in the disability sector, along with valuable lived experience, Jess brings a genuine and practical understanding of the support our participants and families need.

She works closely with our team to make sure services are coordinated with care, communication is clear and support remains responsive across our NDIS and Positive Behaviour Support services.

We are so pleased to have Jess as part of the Your Way Disability SA team.

June is Men’s Mental Health Month 💙

This month, we take a moment to recognise the men in our lives. Our fathers, brothers, sons, partners, friends, carers, workmates, and community members.

Many men carry stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and pressure quietly. Some may feel they need to stay strong for everyone else, even when they are struggling inside.

But no one should have to face hard times alone.

A simple check-in can mean more than you realise.

“How are you really going?”
“I’m here for you.”
“You don’t have to carry this by yourself.”

Let’s create space for honest conversations, kindness, and support. Let’s remind men that their feelings matter, their wellbeing matters, and help is always available.
