Replacing a concrete plinth sandy and just fell apart new posts in today and plinths and sheeting tomorrow

Just letting everybody know that I threw my back out yesterday demolishing a concrete wall, will be out for the next few days, I will contact anyone that will be affected by this, any quotes will have to be postponed into the new week
