The Begin Better Study

Researchers from the University of Adelaide are hoping to understand healthy habits for women planning a pregnancy in the next two years 🤰

All participants will have access to pre-conception health recommendations and meet with the study midwife. Half of the participants will also be randomly allocated to receive counselling from a dietitian and health coaching for 6 months.
