We've had a great start to Feb, already completing 2 great events at Varney Wines and in the studio.

Next up is A Journey of Resonance Feb 20th at 6.45pm with Hayley and Daniel.
This immersive evening invites you to step out of the noise of daily life and settle into deep rest. Using a rich blend of handpan, guitar, Tibetan singing bowls, flute, chimes, and rain stick, sound is gently woven to regulate the nervous system and calm a busy mind.

What to bring:
✨a pillow for your head
✨yoga mat (if you prefer to use your own)
✨wear comfortable clothes (for the ultimate relaxation experience!)
Participants are invited to find a comfortable reclined position for the duration of the experience, so make sure you bring enough soft and cosy things to keep you relaxed and warm.
