What better way to kick things off than talking through our own stuff. 👀

The Shop is a Design and Marketing studio in Adelaide, and our approach is always that of simplicity and functionality. Keeping things easy- avoiding the unnecessary. As such, we needed a website to reflect that.

Made on Squarespace, we fiddled with Custom CSS to make a website that’s just as easy to navigate on mobile as it is on your computer.

To keep scrolling at a minimal we hid text under custom ‘Read More’ tabs to avoid overwhelming people when they arrive.

Custom Animation, CTA Buttons, and forcing the Mobile Menu on Desktop allowed us to navigate away from the realms of traditional Squarespace Templates and kept user experience consistent across all screen sizes.

Finally, we embedded the Facebook Messenger Chat directly onto the website so you can slide into our DMs easily and *hint* like our page while your at it.
