Family founded, Bird in Hand began in 1997 when Andrew and Susie Nugent planted vines in the Adelaide Hills, on a former dairy farm building a life and winery grounded in sustainability, conservation, and place.
For over two decades, they have produced a growing portfolio of internationally recognised cool-climate wines.
