When is the Equinox?

The equinox is set for tomorrow Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 10:43 pm.

It signifies the moment when the sun crosses the celestial equator, resulting in a balance between daylight and darkness, hence the term 'equinox' which translates to 'equal night' in Latin.

In Australia, southern hemisphere astronomical spring begins around September 22nd, During this time, the days gradually become longer, temperatures begin to rise, and nature comes to life with blossoming flowers and new growth. Astronomical spring in Australia marks a transition from the cooler winter months to the warmer and more vibrant season of summer.

It's truly awe-inspiring to witness people from all corners of the world coming together at sacred locations, uniting in meditation and participating in sound events that resonate across the globe.
